Well I weighed in last night and I get worried going into each one just cause of what I have already accomplished and as well because this is a competition and I don't wanna let my team down! I have been steady at 4.5 each week since the beginning and last night was not different. I weighed in at 280.6 down 4 lbs from previous and total almost 16 pounds fromt he starting weight!! I feel better and have more energy but I have found somehting out in the last few weeks as well, it wouldn't be bad to take a multi-vitamin. I have had a couple points where I have hit the wall so to speak and I think that might help in conjunction with a healthier diet. My trainer concurrs and I have selected one that works for me but check with your family physician and let them know what your doing and they might recommend one for your situation and age group as well. Last night I did workout number 6 Wave Excite 20 minutes (Eliptical) and then 20 more in varying speeds etc. on the Wave 700 (that skiing thing). After which we did some upper body stationary bench press then some different types of upper body resistance stations. I got a little winded last night and have discovered I need to try and find that extra gear and I will work on that and have been the last few weeks but I will get there. This I realize and if you do the workout you will too, that you are looking forward now to the prize at the end of the line and you are going to do everything you can to dig deep to make that happen. I will get better and find that extra gear and my trainer has been instrumental in helping me find ways to make that happen and my biggest cheerleader. We moved into the Kinesis room after I caught some water and a breather and this was interesting. There are stations with resistance cords and different range of motion exercises one of which looks like the Karate Kid wax on wax off thing and others look like your in a Soloflex commercial but I will say this they work! You feel what your doing and if you do them correctly over a period of time you will work all of your muscles in the upper body that may not have been pushed before and as I said in the beginning the end will justify the means. My previous blog contains all the info on how you can join the November class but you need to hurry you have less than two weeks left to get signed up!! I am now at the point where I do wanna push harder almost to point of hurling to get there and I want the prize at the end of this I really do....EYE OF THE TIGER BABY!!
